The CVS can offer management support for community projects employing small numbers of staff. This is designed to help groups that do not have the necessary skills and experience to undertake all aspects of running a project.
The level of support can be tailored to the particular needs of the project, but is likely to match one of these 3 levels, Office space may also be available.
Payroll Service
We can provide a payroll service for employees, calculating and making appropriate deductions and additions to gross salary. The project retains full responsibility for employment and all other management aspects. The CVS will act as payroll agent only.
Fee: £250 per person
You provide the information and instructions. We do the work!
Full Management Service
The CVS will take on full responsibility for managing and delivering the project according to agreed outcomes and outputs, the CVS would become the employing organisation. Strategic development of the project would rest with a joint board of CVS and project management committee (subject to an agreement between the applicants and the CVS Council of Management).
